    spp closes 10 June...plenty of time to accrue a premium on the 3.4c issue. Whether existing holders fully subscribe it or patterson sophs take up a portion, management know how to apply funds to develop value. Look at the last raising at values much below now.

    Any weakness in sp is short term. Outlook continues to look good.
