Ann: Ramelius Makes Recommended Takeover Offer for Breaker, page-78

Hi, sorry I feel stupid asking this as I really don't know much about whats going on other than the obvious. I have been a long time holder of BRB 7 or so years (it was recommended by a friend way back then) and am not quite sure on what the ramifications of a takeover could be.

If I was to not sell, what happens? Do my shares become shares in whoever takes over? Again apologies for whats probably a very basic question.
