Nice start to the weeks trading overseas.
All European markets are up.
In the US, the DOW was up 382 points. The NASDAQ Biotech Index closed up 44 points.
The ASX has absorbed losses greater than overseas markets recently - basically, oversold on overseas issues rather than domestic issues. Be interesting if the ASX trading springs back in earnest today or whether there will be a muted "wait and see" mentality in play. Think the market will have a delayed reaction and we need to see a few positive days in global markets before we see some genuine activity on the ASX.
