pologies for diverting the thread bur Ralom asked if the directors took up any of the shortfall,hers the reply from the company secretary,hasnt got back to me on the other question re who the institution is,I have also asked if they have taken up any of the shortfall and if they are representing anyone else as is the case currently happening with PDN

We had a strong commitment from existing shareholders in the shortfall. Directors are unable to take up shortfall in a rights issue unless they underwrite in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
