Not a difficult concept to grasp that Australia is less attractive jurisdiction for mining than it was 2 weeks ago. Who said Zambia is a better place to do business? I know who said plenty of other countries would follow suit, yet for all of Zambia's problems it won't be one of them...yet the Canadians will?
