I don't think they would do that. They already have the data from FXS Phase 2 for Trof. I would think ACAD and NEU would take what they learned from Retts (particularly dosing) and look at supplementary PH2/PH3.
2591 isn't licensed and there are a number of other indications that have 3-5x the patient size without ACAD needing to be involved so NEU can pick the appropriate partner when the time comes.
