I think Glen should transition to Executive Director / Head of Geology and give us a slick talking corporate man at the front
I like Glen and think that he is a very good geologist who works hard as a geologist. There is no need to reinvent the wheel to turn him into a slick talking corporate man.
Just my two cents.
