So you dont understand a finance arrangement, and instead of asking the company directly for guidance. you instead made up a new scenario where the company can no longer progress its pipeline nor keep its staff (and you have posted both those things). And you think your unsubstantiated ramblings arent scaremongering?

Do you think L1 made the financial agreement after seeing the pipeline, seeing the progression plan, and understanding how this new tech worked? Has anything changed? They jumped in on the ground floor, and probably have some motivation to look after their investment

The market cap is $26 million at the moment. The SOI is under 450 million shares. Even if an L1 top up to double the SOI (unlikey) share holder upside potential from a new $52 million market cap and 900 million SOI is still huge. Your dilution argument is nonsense. CHM is just a few years old. Dilution will happen. Thats how start up drug discovery biotechs grow. In fact the larger SOI may improve liquidity. as its very constrained by the small SOI now. Any small buy or sell now adversely effects the share price. But you know that.

It always cracks me up when non holder posters think its ok to make up some fantasy and then protest when a holder calls them on it.
