Those playing at home already know that cardiac mouse models translate well to humans.

Plus cardiac safety has already been observed in historical human trials over and over again.

As you mentioned FTO inhibition is likely validated given Zantrene is a crap anthracycline and Topo II. Therefore it can only be working so well via another mechanism I.e. FTO inhibition.

If it’s not FTO then we have another blockbuster mechanism that is yet to be identified, so would be even better.

Plus Zantrene has already been approved it’s just this time it’s been repurposed based on its new superpowers!
