Any ceasefire would be very disadvantageous to Russia, they need time to deukrainise/denazify the lands.
This is nothing more than a PR stunt and a reminder to Putin that he needs to double his efforts in demilitarising ukkieland. Time is running out and those losers may surrender or BEG for a ceasefire. If that happens it will be difficult to continue. If they surrenders lay down their arms and flees, they becomes a liability to Russia.
