    I'd love to live in the Yarra Valley. Being a chef, i visit quite often the gastro pubs & the wineries.

    Key word here being 'live'.

    Of course everywhere 'does well' in our current bull market. I certainly wouldn't like to INVEST out there, only local economy jobs, one road in, one road out. A bit like the mornington peninsula, where when things are great, everyone wants a second house, a holiday house, on the beach or in the country.

    Whats the first thing that gets the ass when times get a little tough? Its definitely not the family home.

    For capital growth in all market conditions i dare anyone to suggest a better return in property than inner-city/inner-city-beachside.
