There seems to be some common themes going on with RFE, ranging from a big seller (that appears to be selling "a share" a day because there is no liquidity in the stock) to there must be something wrong as the share price has not moved in 12 months.
So if there is a big seller, why doesn't he/she/they wait if all is going well - because if they want out and someone knows, the stock will not recover until he/she/they who want to buy it, gets the stock at the lowest possible price. And if a bigger seller has been selling for months, they can't be that big because there have been no notices.
If the company is thinking it might to go to the market for money - to increase the rate of progress in the US, then this could put pressure on the SP if some people are aware of this. (I know there is no debt and progress is being funded by cashflow and reserves).
You also do not need many shares going round and round in a downward pattern to depress the SP. Throw in the BOTs every now and then and down she stays. And why would you see the BOTs on a stock with little buying and selling at the moment.......?
My quess for a while has been a takeover - IMO. There have been some very good posts about what is selling in the region, who is buying, and how well RFE is positioning itself amoungst the big players over there.
There are certain things you can't research in a stock, (especially a takeover) but my gut tells me all is well with RFE - the SP is not reflecting this AT ALL, so something is happening behind the scenes.
Again, this is just my opinion...
