There has been so much negativity in the lithium space over the last quarter (Macro backdrop included) and there has been an increase in short positions taken. But isn’t there a limit on the amount of shorts to take and they all have to cover at some stage. The fact that we are banking on not more need for Capital in the short term you would think at these price levels the shorters would be getting very very nervous.
One good news piece and they will all need to scramble to buy back in which should see our SP up 10-15% in one day. So far they are holding their nerve but the coil must be shortening for a huge recoil very soon.
