There is no way that the company would know FDA decision prior to us being told. There is no way that the FDA decision has 'leaked' because these decisions are made at a meeting, told to company and the company must release the information as soon as they are able. Leaky ship theory is bunkum sorry. Far more likely just punters getting set before FDA decision
