Yes. It is good to see anticipatory buying ahead of the FDA decision. Sometimes the timid ones who have made some money along the way sell instead, in case there is a delay/adverse decision. Here the volume is modest and the stock seems tightly held. EYE is interesting as events unrelated to the FDA decision dragged the price down shortly before the decision is expected. While there is always risk in these things I am very happy (so far) having bought in at 0.19. GLTA
