Don't expect too much from Capex reductions.
The Chem Engineering Plant Cost Index was 832.6 at its peak in June 2022 and on my latest available info it was 805.5 for January 2023 which is a 3.3% reduction.
We'll probably get a 5-6% reduction by FID which, while not groundbreaking, still represents non-negligible savings. Around 100m$ I'd say considering not all of the 2.1bn$ capex is concerned.
