Nasdaq listing is number 3, as it would happen not long afte SZZL vote (number 2 for me). Number 1 is PIPE. It's one goal (CRML IPO) with a list of tasks.
At the end of a bear market, the boring stocks are the best companies. Once confirmed pause on interest rates, then we'll see capital movements and cashflow... that's the opportune time to secure capital and not long after, publicly list. Squeeze short positions in the process... then who knows, market will dictate re-rate from there.
I'm keen to know which banks will get involved in funding through equities vs through loans.
