If this ann was released to curb the free fall of the SP, management seem to be out of touch. NSL need to regain confidence by completing the first sale rather than the monthly "carrot dangling" promises of a deadline.
It was mid December they announced they were on schedule to deliver in Jan '10. (You remember the one? It had pictures of them having a 'play date' on a patch of dirt!) Ever since then it has been delayed one month after another with one excuse or another with the promise of something the next month.
No point trying to pick a bottom here...
