You are correct ACB when you state that 'the revenues quarantined from government waste (ie preserved for future generations) if it is to have any hope of getting widespread support.'
That is the ONLY way I would ever CONSIDER supporting it, with ironclad guarantees that no government would be allowed to access these funds to boost its popularity.
