I think if TMK were to go the power generation route (as opposed to just selling the gas) they would partner with someone to build gas generation nearby and export onto the grid which runs close enough to the site.
Bit limited as to what I can find but there are definitely power grids nearby which connect back into China. There are also plans to link the transmission network back to the central Mongolian grid but its hard to know how far along things are.
