Basically they are getting staged finance from forward selling potential gold production at 15% discount to the going rate. This $300M is over a long time and could be many hiccups with building a project in Sarawak?

Trader would take profits but I reckon even if this goes well there will be many ups and downs. You'd prob be better off taking profits and buying back at lows if you are keen on it LT. Espc in the early days when it's just getting started. And the profitability is still not definite.

The guys putting up the cash are not taking that much risk cos they are buying gold at 10% discount and the $$$ has to go towards further gold production. (The other 5% goes to guys who set up the deal)

Hard for the avg punter to place a real value on this? imo
