    The only time Rudd fires up is when he is forced to contemplate his own political mortality. You saw it on the 7.30 Report last night, when KOB mentioned his plumetting popularity. The only other time I saw it was during Utegate, when Rudd thought he might get nailed for corrupt conduct before Godwin Gretch inadvertantly saved his bacon by falsifying that document and turning the heat onto Turnbull.
    Rudd increasingly presents as a petulant, sooky, narcissistic character and certainly NOT the sort of person who should be leading the country or anything else for that matter.

    Tell me if this rings any bells:

    Narcissistic personality disorder: "a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy."[1]

    The narcissist is described as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, and prestige.[2] It is closely linked to self-centeredness.
