Pardon my ignorance, but wouldn't both issues need to be resolved before this starts trading again? If the mining license decision is made, how could it then trade when no one still knows how much of the asset the company actually owns?

PS. The schadenfreude in me enjoys watching the misery of all the AVZ fanboys. Especially the ones who neglected the political risk of doing business in the DRC. I'm gonna love watching this thing sink like a stone if it ever trades again
