I think we will see that notice over the next few days. From the RIU preso PALA had about 65 mill shares, 40 + have already gone today you would assume with buy orders in for another 13 mill, this could very well be the end of PALA. I know that CC has been woking very hard on sorting this out.
In reality it may only be a matter of days.
