So what I can see from registries at different time points in front of me is that people involved with the same firm have sold shares in one entity and bought shares in another entity they control , the months and weeks before the capital raise
the question I have to ask if this was intentionally done to bring the share price to where it was just before that CR to white wash the 1c situation and make it easier to explain
I’m not naming any people here at this point - i’m just wondering, and shaking my head
