Just for additional options - and going with the expect the unexpected - I'll suggest Dr T is stepping back as CSO for someone who has been in the field longer, etc. Given the magnitude of this happening I think they would need two days to word it correctly.
Another option - someone from COH coming onto the board. Much like when someone from COH joined IMU (from memory it was the CMO??)
