    no - the cap raise will be conditional on loan approval

    how it will work is the govt will provide conditional loan approval (ie subject to raising the further 500m)

    then the HSBC deal will sign for the further 500m

    then iM3NY will receive the full loan amount + cap raise amount

    transformational for iM3NY… and even more so for MNS at a disgustingly low A$300m MC - very easy 200%+ from here IMO (should be trading north of A$1bn once announced)
