    Perhaps RIV might be considering a TO of an up and coming junior coaler. Reports suggest RES is a prime takeover target with 600+ MT saleable reserve in Waterberg South Africa under development. I've been following RES for 18 months and all that is needed is the granting of Mining Rights, an offtake agreement and project financing.
