I think I would like more too, we all would after being shareholders for a decent amount of time. But sometimes it is time to take what's on offer. If you think RMS are getting it at bargain basement prices then why not take your RMS shares you get and continue to hold and reap any upside. Sorry it's pointless whinging about the situation. Maybe it could be better to sell now if you don't wish to have a stake in RMS, but RMS is a decent gold miner and it may be worth the wait to take up the offer.
Personally I am inclined to accept the offer and continue to hold RMS into a rising gold price scenario.
Sometimes practical thinking has to outweigh disappointment.
