Will be interesting to see if there is an investigation. My feeling is that any leak is most likely to have come from the other party (or parties) to the share placement. However, given recent market volatility the recent trading patterns could be unconnected to the placement. Another possibility is spying by sophisticated market speculators who, for example, may have intercepted phone calls.
