I don't have a problem with a cash raise
I don't have a problem with a SPP
What I DO have a problem with, is that the parties benefiting from the opportunity to invest in the cash raise, actually just robbed shareholders blind, by crashing the price, hitting stop losses, and manipulating the price that the raise would be based on.
I also question the board as to why they didn't structure the deal so that this blatant, corrupt, and criminal manipulation could not occur.
Who the F*** are they taking advice from, and why? This is effectively taking the reputation of a board of directors, and potentially great company, and dragging into the pigsty. I actually thought Coby, Dadi and the other intelligent persons who make up the board and management of WBT were better than this, however clearly they need to divest themselves of the shonksters in Australia they have buddied up with.
I will be reviewing my positioned once all the dust has settled.
Once trust is lost, it is very VERY difficult to get it back.
Someone needs to start pointing fingers, time to whistleblow. This won't age well at all.
SENTIMENT: YET TO BE DECIDED!!!!!
