Is it possible there was insider trading , yes. Should Asic investigate, yes. Will they succeed, probably not.
Is this Coby's fault. No.
Read the response to the ASX today , specifically answer to 2a
incomplete proposal exemption... to the continuous disclosure rules.
Coby was legally not allowed to tell us about the fund raising whilst it was in progress.
Coby will use the funds to speed up development to bring bigger revenues to us sooner.
