As previous noted and as per the footnote on page 34, Critical Metals have to complete a private fund raise of at least $3 million within the next 7 days to meet their payment obligation and retain their 50% interest in the Vanadium project, otherwise Neometal's interest automatically increases from 50% to 75%. Personally, I would be quite happy for this 'equity' to move across to Neometals and I'm confident 'green' funding for the Vanadium project can be secured on favourable terms from European sources.
