Investors and Traders,
i have indeed started an extensive due diligence process into this firm and its relevant project on Irvine Island. The numbers are starting to look impressive and the strength of the management's resolve is fantastic too.
When investing in any asset class, one is to always start with the people behind the business. That is numero uno. A project's metrics might be tantamount to hundred bagger but it will not move to fruition if the people behind the project get their act together. This is obviously not the play with PLV. Their management have the credentials and ability to move this project to production.
They have been conservative and methodical in their ways and it is something that one does not see in most companies. Having their relevant directors and spokespeople to reply to questions over this medium is another bonus that should not be taken for granted. If only other firms step up to the plate like these individuals have. It is time for us investors to also step up and ask some constructive questions that are not material in its content.
Meanwhile, i will keep you guys posted on the numbers. The most important element in my book, being the people, is a positive tick.
