The hype surrounding those anns. is the main propeller of the sp, rather than solid facts. If you are referring to NWE's Puffin involvement, at least Puffin had the oil, AED's flow rates were true - until the sand collapsed!
It won't go over 12c until December though, when the options will have expired. The dilutive effects of the options will put a ceiling on the sp until then.
