You are in over your head. My recommendation is you get out - it’s not good for your health. You shouldn’t be investing in this end of town or growth companies for that matter. My recommendations is to just buy an ETF, I’m saying this because it’s a genuine lesson in understanding the limits of your own investing and risk tolerance. It’s really evident from your commentary you have mismanaged this balance. You’ve smashed through your own ability to withstand paper losses or volatility. At this end of the market
