    What do you think shares signify if not ownership rights? And its not about issuance of shares, Cominiere didnt create new shares, but about whether the transfer of 15% of Cominiere's existing ownership of Dathcom to Jin Cheng was valid or not. So yes - theres an ownership dispute.
