The only way that can work is if Spenda signs up all of the carpet manufacturers and delivery groups etc
Spenda can't charge fees on third party transactions, you need to be part of the system to agree to be charged?
If it's simply between head office and franchise then the transaction volume would be far lower imo, not higher taking out the retail volume of transactions
