Mind boggling so many here argue that BOP completed and announced on time and blah blah… as far as I’m concerned, the project is already behind schedule, and won’t be able to hit all six targets in the time frame initially provided, and interns this season. They’ve changed the goal post and now they are saying they’ll re-determine the main targets in the due course. This is project management 101 just use vague language, reset the baseline and/or extend timeline/ and increase allocated budget. In this case extension of time is not possible, hard stop. Also increase of allocated budget not required, the only option left is RE-establish baseline and call it success.
