For those wondering why the price is down here, and why it's not rising.... what do you think of this? the short commitment.
They have had to increase their position by 2% over roughly the last month, to dilute the upwards pressure on the share price.. and I think it will keep costing them about 2% a month.
What does that mean? by 13th April, I think either the SP has broken through $1 and moving up steadily, or the short position will keep increasing and will be over 7%, probably closer to 8% by mid April.
That is $56 million USD in todays prices they need to purchase.
Come April if we get AA for CHF and a partnership announcement, or GvHD approval prior to any supposed CR..... well.... That $56 million dollar purchase is going to cost them more like $300 million and take days if not weeks to cover..
That's my theory anyway... lets see if the SP holds steady, if the short position continues to increase hey
