Imo there is no reason not to sell and rebuy in if you are looking to top up.
The SP is heading in one direction, i have a holding that is well >12 months and i have a bunch <12months..
No reason to not ditch the more recent buys at this stage.
We may have invested in the drug, but we also invested in the board to manage that drug and bring it to its appropriate fruition.
