The way I read, lead manager was engaged on 8 March, the SP rallied >10% on 9 March. Nothing wrongdoing from WBT, if anything happened, it was beyond the control of WBT and ASX will investigate all parties on that list, and if found guilty will be penalised like CEO of PLL did with Offtake contract.
I fully trust WBT management, If you think WBT ship is sinking, still has time to take your profit (or loss) and move on.
