Messrs Jacob Hanoch (CEO) and David Perlmutter (Chairman),
If the directors of WBT are truly serious in acting in the interest of the shareholders,
they should immediately lodge a formal complaint with both the ASIC and ASX to investigate the recent 'shorting' of WBT shares
prior to the announced capital raising on 23/03/23.
The insiders, trading on inside information, should be investigated, and charged with the criminal offence.
