How do you know that Clee / Kenneth isn't?
IOU says one thing
Clee another
Both have reason to lie and reason to tell the truth
Both sides are roughly equally plausible.
Currently not one has given any actual evidence to support their side.
We don't know what happened yet. If IOU provides hard evidence of Kenneths fraud, and he's aligned with Clee, which side can you then vote on? You don't like the current board so you vote in the people who align with a guy who stole 7 million from the company?
That's all I mean.
