I understand how this deal is structured/proposed, why are you explaining it to me? I suggest you have a look at the original post that I was querying from KptnNemo. They seemed to be suggesting it had to be 1:1 (I never brought this ratio up). Just to be clear I understand that this deal is a no premium either side deal, what I was asking is why KptnNemo thinks that its ridiculous
