Jeff Edwads was never in it for shares unless they were free shares. I dont think I ever saw him buy any shares. This company has ripped through ~$45m plus research rebates and the salaries and fees paid to directors was at least half that amount which was criminal. It was a lifestyle no hopers club, travelling to Japan to collect a Proctor and Gamble plastic trophy, travel expenses and luxury hoteles to visit companies we were never in partnership with but made to believe we were.
Edwards, Denison and the Olympic team were just grifters with zero business acument or planning and woeful governance credentials.
Imagine spending $45m on 1000 cafes/barristia/s (old world easy business) around Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The company would be generating revenue of $75-100m/yrs and profitable at 30% margin sayNPAT $30m. Market cap $200m share price at 120m SOI ....$1.00 paying 10% dividend yeild a yr versus what we have now at 0.015c and going to zero
