Where did you get the 3rd bullet point from? I believe the pricing is more fixed and based on size of the achieve / content library. Hopefully JB can clarify in the market update. Whizzard as a product covers all, sport, education & custom build outs to suit OTT platforms.
Obviously Inverleigh isn't the whale perhaps more like a remoras that swim along with the whale. They attach with a little sucking disc almost like a flat sticky hat. Their relationship is beneficial, in turn one gets free meals the other gets protection from predators with higher chances of meeting mates.
On the surface Inverleigh does look a little underwhelming. Where has this introduction come from? As mentioned they are in Melb / same as Linius. The most recent wins with CA and A Leagues could be where the introduction came from... more so from CA imo. Inverleigh looks to have worked with CA previously.

Just because they are unknown in Australia doesn't mean they can't catapult us into other markets across the globe. As mentioned in the ann the deal has potential to expand as Linius supports Inverleigh in bringing Whizzard to more of their customers/prospects.
In regards to raising money to rid us of Bergen, good move and well supported by major shareholders imo.
