And as I said - demote him to a technical/operations management role. Would prefer that he offers to step down as MD - yet stay on in a different capacity.

For that to happen, he would need to eat a decent chunk of the humility pie & not allow his ego to get in the way.

I think he can do that.

I found him decent enough during our exchanges. I know he has tried - but unfortunately, I have lost confidence in his ability to execute - the proof is in the pudding.

He should never have bet the company's existence on the bond being secured and run cash that low. A strategic mistake that sees us suspended and fighting to keep the company afloat.

We deserve better.
