Careful pulling the trigger too early, this bank issue only just put its hat in the ring, it's not something that quickly resolves because one high profile person or another makes some positive comments. The worst is yet to come, and it will take months to play out.
Regarding interest rates peaking - don't be so sure, but even if they have peaked, the economic damage caused by sustained high interest rates lags the short attention span of the market. Unemployment will start to ramp up from here as households finally start to tighten up spending. Great pain is on the way, and we'll all be touched in some form.
