If I could be bothered (I can’t) I could find a similar “gushy” statement issued by the CEO of Ellume. (Remember them?)The “deal” was secret-squirrel and, when renewed it was all hush-hush too. But the Quarterlies revealed that it was being sold to them for 3% of 5/8 of SFA. Special rates for Digger Mates. What a crock that turned out to be. IDK if any of these latest MOUs will result in any deals of substance. I’m convinced NONE of the “Gang of 29” Collaborators (or however many there were) will lead to anything. But this new Board had better be on their toes or they will be led down the garden path again.
